Three in custody after man attacked outside Bradford school

A man has been rushed to hospital following a serious attack in Bradford.

West Yorkshire Police were called to Christopher Street at 8.01am on Wednesday (September 13) to reports of a serious assault. A 54-year-old had been attacked in the street and rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in police custody. A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Police were called to Christopher Street, Bradford at 8.01am on Wednesday, September 13, to reports of a serious assault.

“A 54 year old man was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries. Three males were arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in police custody. A scene was put in place along Christopher Street and Little Horton Lane.”

Enquiries are ongoing by Bradford CID and Local Neighbourhood Patrols have been stepped up in the area.
