TV Star Jon Gosselin, 47, Shows Amazing Weight Loss in Sportswear While Posing with Girlfriend: ‘What an Upgrade’

Jon Gosselin flaunted his amazing weight loss in a recent picture where he was seen posing in a sporty look with his girlfriend. Fans have expressed happiness for the TV star, complimenting both his new physique and his special lady. The father of eight recently spoke on his weight loss journey and the exciting plans he has in store concerning his relationship.

“Jon & Kate Plus 8” TV star Jon Gosselin, 47, captured the public’s attention with his fit physique. He and his beloved girlfriend, Stephanie Lebo, took to Instagram to share a cute couple snap. Fans who saw the duo’s mirror selfie showered Jon with love, expressing that he upgraded in both fitness and love.

In the image, Stephanie, who is dressed in ripped denim shorts, white sandals, and a print crop top that leaves her toned midriff exposed, gives Jon a sweet kiss on the cheek as she holds her phone up to take the picture. Matching her beachy vibes, Jon opted for a men’s tank top and colorful board shorts.

Aside from upgrading his love life with the beauty he managed to catch, Jon was able to level up his fitness game with the help of weight-loss medication. According to a media outlet, since February, Jon has been on a semaglutide, which is a generic version of Ozempic—the popular medicine meant for type 2 diabetes patients.

Speaking exclusively to the same outlet at the West Hollywood grand opening of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center on April 25, Jon revealed weight-loss insights. “You know what’s annoying? The regret of not starting it 10 years ago. I feel amazing! Like, why didn’t I do this sooner? Maybe it wasn’t the right time,” he divulged.

Jon, who is a part of a wellness program at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, where in addition to semaglutide, he undergoes testosterone replacement therapy, has lost 32 pounds. The medication that Jon takes works by prompting the brain to suppress an individual’s appetite and maintain satiety.

In addition to helping him slim down, Jon said that the semaglutide medication also curbs his desire for alcohol and helps him implement better eating habits. As for why he only started making use of the medicine earlier this year, as opposed to his wish to start years ago, Jon said he was going through a rough time.

He referenced his contentious divorce from his ex-wife and mother of his children, Kate Gosselin, and heated disputes over child support and custody. “A lot of things were going on emotionally and I went to court a lot, which was super expensive […] But now I finally have time to focus on myself,” disclosed the TV personality.

A part of that self-focus involves Stephanie, for whom he has big plans. While speaking with another media outlet this month, Jon spoke about his intention to propose to Stephanie, which he said he planned on doing after shedding weight.

After two years of dating, he hinted at being ready to pop the question but remained tight-lipped about how and when he plans on doing so. “I can’t tell you because she’s probably going to watch this. Everything’s like a big surprise,” he said.

However, he did reveal, “I’ve lost 32 pounds, so, you know, I feel pretty good about it… I want to do further. So, I know when I’m going to propose. I’ve always wanted to be with someone who’s supportive and I love her to death and my kids love her, too. So, I mean, I’m not getting any younger.”

Until then, Jon Gosselin continues to enjoy his time with Stephanie who loves him for who he is. While their engagement and wedding milestones are still pending, Jon basks in the glow of being a father to his eight children, two of whom, Hannah and Collin Gosselin, achieved the great milestone of graduating from high school last year.

The doting dad shared a throwback photo from Hannah and Collin’s special day, proudly reminiscing about the momentous occasion. “Still can’t believe how fast they grow,” he penned alongside a picture of his kids in their togas.

Jon also highlighted how incredibly proud he was of his kids. Hannah and Collin celebrated their milestone in June as well, with their own Instagram posts. Hannah shared a since-deleted photo of herself in a dainty white dress while holding a red bedazzled graduation cap.

Meanwhile, Collin shared several snippets from the event alongside a lengthy caption thanking his sister, Jon, and Jon’s ex-girlfriend, Colleen Conrad, for being fantastic support systems for many years.

The teenager wrote, “I would like to thank my dad, who has taught me so much about running into hard times and moving past them, about resilience.” Collin also revealed he would be visiting Parris Island soon after graduation and that he would be studying Mechanical and Industrial Engineering in college.

Although Jon, Hannah, and Collin no longer appear on television, they still have fans who watch their lives unfold through social media. One of them commended Jon Gosselin, who won custody of his two kids, for raising wonderful children despite the challenges. “You’re a good dad,” the fan said.

Besides Jon, Hannah has also been active on social media, posting pictures with her Texas-inspired ensemble and other outfits. Her brother, Collin Gosselin, also has an Instagram account but rarely posts photos.
