Mr Eazi, whose real name is Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, was appointed as an ambassador at betPawa in 2021. The Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur was named the sports betting company’s continental brand ambassador.

betPawa is a well-known iGaming platform that operates in eight African countries, including Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. The company has recently begun operations in Rwanda. It has grown in size and reputation in Africa since its inception in 2013.

Mr Eazi was chosen by betPawa due to his popularity in the music industry. The singer is best known for his 2016 hit song “Skin Tight.” However, he has made a name for himself in business throughout Africa. Prior to his selection, he was prospecting in Rwanda for sports betting, fintech, and music businesses. The multimillion-dollar ambassadorial role in a company that had just begun operations in Central Africa was a dream come true.

Busisiwe “Busi96” Masango-Steenkamp

“Busi96” Busisiwe Masango-Steenkamp is yet another young celebrity promoting an iGaming brand. Goliath Gaming, a leading South African gaming company, signed the 26-year-old football star for the role.

During a FIFA Play Like A Girl initiative, the avid footballer piqued the interest of Goliath FIFA players “YvngSavage” and “Beast.” Busisiwe was given the opportunity to face Beast.
