Aaron Frank Mooy is an Australian professional football player who plays for Celtic and the Australia national team as a midfielder. Born in Sydney, Aaron Mooy played youth football for the New South Wales Institute of Sport and Bolton Wanderers before making his professional debut with St Mirren. He then went on to play for Western Sydney Wanderers, Melbourne City, Manchester City, Huddersfield Town, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Shanghai Port. Currently, he plays for Scottish club Celtic.

• He played youth football for the New South Wales Institute of Sport and Bolton Wanderers.
• On 23 October 2010, he joined Scottish Premier League club St Mirren and made his professional debut for the club on the same day in a 3-0 loss to Hearts. On 18 January 2011, he scored his first goal for the club in a 6-1 win over Peterhead in the fourth-round replay. In his first season, he made 18 appearances for the club, scoring once and providing 2 assists in all the competitions.
