Hey, got a sec? We’ve got a cute story to tell. It’s about Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon’s toddler, Dawson. The little guy’s reaction to his mom’s pregnancy is just too precious.
Jared spilled the beans in an E! News exclusive. “He’s not quite getting it,” he admitted. Ashley’s been trying to explain, pointing to her belly, saying ‘Baby, baby.’ But Dawson? He just points to his own tummy and echoes, ‘Baby.’
Jared’s reaction? “That’s not how biology works, Bro. But sure.”
Ashley and Jared announced baby number two during a Jan. 22 Amazon Live session. They were chatting about their favorite baby products. For now, they’re letting Dawson adjust in his own sweet time.
The little guy’s even been to a few doctor’s appointments. “We were trying to show him the pictures and the video, like that’s going to be your little sibling in there, you’re going to be a big brother,” Jared shared.
But let’s be real. Dawson’s still 11 days shy of his second birthday. It’s a lot to take in.
Jared joked, “He just learned the difference between blue and red. Give him time on finding out that there’s another human being grown in his mom’s belly.”
