“Time is of the essence, I can’t risk losing this protection,” Quinn penned in the filing. She added that she and her son “remain in grave danger everyday.” Unfortunately, her request was shot down, as per court records that E! News got their hands on.
In response to Quinn’s filing, Dumontet’s lawyer, Alexandra Kazarian, had a mouthful to say to E! News. “Ms. Quinn’s knack for hurling baseless and unhinged accusations at Mr. Dumontet is beyond irritating,” she stated. Kazarian didn’t hold back, accusing Quinn of wasting everyone’s time – Christian’s, the LAPD’s, and most importantly, the Court’s. All in a desperate bid to grab his attention, she added.
The lawyer flatly denied that Dumontet is “holed up” in a Four Seasons hotel room. She also refuted claims that he has wiretapped Quinn’s hotel rooms or sent anyone to keep tabs on her. Kazarian added that Quinn needs to come to terms with “the inevitability of what was a very bland end to a two-and-a-half-year made for TV marriage.” Quite a mouthful, eh?
