He confirmed his relationship with Hudson not too long ago. Now, he’s hinting at the possibility of marriage. He opened up about it during a recent appearance on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna on January 22.
Common believes he’s matured a lot. He’s done a lot of self-work, which has helped him realize that he’s the “marrying type.” He’s confident about his ability and capacity to be a good husband. He also mentioned that if he ever decides to get married, he’ll know when the timing is right.
Interestingly, Common, who is 51 and has never been married, relies heavily on his faith to guide him in making such decisions. He believes in divine intervention.
Common said, “For me, everything is divine.” He trusts his gut feelings and believes that it’s God’s way of communicating with him. If he feels a strong urge in his heart and spirit, he’ll share it with his partner. If she feels the same way, he’s ready to take the plunge.
