He announced in 2020 that he was working on several new games, at least two of which will be set in the Stardew Valley universe.  In February 2021, he and board game creator Cole Meideros released a Stardew Valley cooperative board game. Moreover, he revealed in October 2021 that he was working on a new game called Haunted Chocolatier, with no set release date.
