Rose was raised in Nashville by her parents who were highly supportive of her wish to pursue acting, and took her to New York City and Los Angeles, California on a number of occasions, so that she could attended auditions. Rose became interested in creative writing and acting when she was around seven years old, and was eight when she appeared in her first school play.

The movie follows Rachel Joy Scott, a girl who was killed during the shooting at the Columbine High School on 20 April 1999, and it was nominated for a 2017 GMA Dove Award for Most Inspirational Film.

Rose was then cast to play Victoria in the 2017 family drama “Sweet Sweet Summertime”, directed by Ken Carpenter, and which starred Nico Christou, David DeLuise and Kayla Ewell. The movie’s about Caleb and his friend Blake who are plotting to stop Caleb’s father from moving his family away.
In 2019, Rose portrayed Lee Grove in the popular drama “The World We Make”, written and directed by Brian Baugh, and in which she starred alongside Caleb Castille and Kevin Sizemore. It tells the story of the 18 years old equestrian Lee and her Football Player boyfriend Jordan, who are learning to deal with racist people in their town.
Rose’s only other role, besides in “Finding You”, has been in the 2020 romantic drama “A Welcome Home Christmas”. It starred Jana Kramer, Brandon Quinn and Charlene Tilton, and follows a US soldier who has fallen in love with Army counselor Chloe Marquee.
