Josh Sills, a Philadelphia Eagles offensive line member, has been charged with rape and kidnapping less than two weeks before the team plays in Super Bowl LVII.
On February 1, 2023, rape allegations against him were brought. The incident occurred in December 2019 while he was still a student and a member of the West Virginia Mountaineers.
The indictment claims that Sills held a woman against her will and engaged in nonconsensual sexual conduct.
According to the statement, “the crime was reported, and the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office conducted a thorough investigation.”
