He agreed to pay $250 to have sex with one of these made-up girls after a back-and-forth conversation during which both parties inquired as to whether the other was a police officer to ensure it wasn’t a trap, according to an agent from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations division.
