Sarah Paulson once described her life choices as, well, “unconventional.” She made this comment during a 2017 interview with The Edit. At 49, she wasn’t talking about the eclectic roles she’s played in FX’s American Horror Story. You know, like a witch, conjoined twin sisters, and a heroin addict.
Nope, that wasn’t it. Instead, she was hinting at her relationship with Holland Taylor. This relationship has put Paulson in the spotlight more than a few times. The reason? Their 32-year age gap. Both women have openly acknowledged the public’s intrigue with their love story.
Paulson once said, “I’m with a much older person, and people find that totally fascinating and odd.” She added, “To me, it’s the least interesting thing about me.” Kinda makes you think, huh?
What’s really interesting about Paulson, though, is her undeniable talent. She’s racked up around eight Emmy nominations and a Golden Globe nod. In 2021, she lost out to The Crown’s Emma Corrin. But hey, she didn’t leave empty-handed.
Her partner of over eight years gave her a different kind of title. “No one more beautiful,” Taylor tweeted on her 80th birthday, January 14. She was referring to Paulson, who had paired her custom Prada gown with a couture cast. “No one.” Now, that’s love.
