Alexandra Lexi Hensler is a native of San Diego, California, who was born under the Sagittarius zodiac sign on 5 December 1997, which makes her 26 years old as of 2023. Her mother, Monique Hensler, works in a children’s hospital where her father also works in the management department. She is of German ancestry from her dad’s side and French, Irish, and part German through her mom. Lexi is rumored to have dated various other celebrities, including the American YouTuber, actor, and writer Ben Azelart, and the Californian actor and social media personality Brent Rivera. Between 2019 and 2021, Lexi dated the motivational speaker, social media personality and model Christian Wilson, who co-founded the Anthem of Hope movement.
