After being stranded abroad for over 20 years, Luisito returned to the Philippines with his two-year-old child and girlfriend in 2022.

He is well-earned and well-treated by the sports lover as his achievements were challenging to conquer in the days. Despite being limited in the equipment, he always delivered his best in the ring and became one of the most remembered former boxers. He is running a fitness club in his home country and is living a happy life with his daughter, Scarlet, and girlfriend, Janet.

Nowadays, he is a head coach of a fitness facility where he is seen giving training to many aspiring young talents who could impact at the international level if proper guidance and facilities are provided. It is inspiring to observe his life journey as he peaked and fell drastically in his career and again stood up, facing all the hurdles to fulfill his requirements.

Even though he is undoubtedly one of the best fighters, he is turning old, which can be seen in his physical movements. He has skills, but his body has caught up with some nasty disease that prevents him from reaching his full potential.

Espinosa has high blood pressure, an enlarged heart, and an enlarged prostate. He regularly receives treatment for his medical condition and is in stable health. To control his blood pressure, cholesterol, and uric acid, he was advised to see a cardiologist and urologist and take maintenance medication.
