Jackson Mahomes Video Gone Viral On Reddit
A video from surveillance footage shared online seemed to depict Jackson Mahomes seizing the restaurant waitress, Vaughn, by the neck and forcefully kissing her twice.
Vaughn told the media that the incident resulted in a bruise on her neck.
Vaughn also added that she had pushed Mahomes away and called for help from someone outside the office when he persisted.
According to Aspen Vaughn, Aspens Restaurant and Bar Lounge owner in Overland Park, Jackson Mahomes was reported to have repeatedly pushed a 19-year-old waiter at her establishment.
Vaughn claimed that Mahomes requested to speak with her in private about the matter but then allegedly proceeded to assault her, a 40-year-old individual.
Early in March, allegations were made against Jackson Mahomes, which the Kansas City Star reported.
Besides everything, the video, which is still available online, shows how Mahomes pushed the lady and forced her to kiss in private.
But in response to the allegations, Mahomes’ attorney, Brandan Davies, said that his client had done nothing wrong.
Brandan stated that their investigation had found significant evidence to disprove the allegations made by Mahomes’ accuser, including statements from multiple witnesses.
Davies also mentioned that they had provided the findings of their investigation to law enforcement to ensure they had a complete understanding of the incident.
Jackson Mahomes Arrest And Charge
Jackson Mahomes, the 22 year-old social media influencer, has been arrested and is facing one count of battery and three counts of aggravated sexual battery, as per The Associated Press.
He was taken into custody at the Johnson County Detention Center at around 8 a.m. local time, as reported by online records posted by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
Mahomes is being held on a bond of $100,000, and his arraignment is set for Wednesday afternoon.
The arrest follows allegations that Mahomes had assaulted a restaurant owner and pushed a waiter at a bar in Kansas City on February 25.
Mahomes appeared in court on Wednesday afternoon, entering and paying his bail. It is currently unknown how Mahomes pleaded in court. Jackson’s next court appearance is reportedly scheduled for May 11.
Mahomes has a history of being involved in controversial incidents. In September 2021, he was captured on video pouring water on Ravens fans after the Kansas City Chiefs loss to Baltimore.
Mahomes had also criticized a bar in Kansas City on social media, and later, he was seen in another video berating a bartender.
