Janae Edmondson

Janae Edmondson is an American high school volleyball player. Sadly, Janae Edmondson lost her both her legs after a horrendous accident occurred on the 18th of February 2023.

Early Life

Janae Edmondson was born in the year 2006, in Smyrna, Tennessee, in the United States of America. As of now, she is 16 years old and holds American nationality. She belongs to the African-American ethnicity and she has her belief in Christianity. Meanwhile, her exact date of birth and her zodiac sign is yet unknown at the moment.

Coming to her family background, she is the daughter of James Edmondson (father) and Francine Edmondson (mother). Moreover, her father is a former military personnel and her mother is a housewife. Accident

Janae Edmondson met with a horrific accident in St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday, 18th of February 2023. On that day, she traveled with her family for her volleyball tournament.

Janae met an accident when an unlicensed Audi driver ran through a yield sign and hit a car that flew in the air and hit her when she was present in St Louis. Immediately, she was sent to the hospital where she got first-class treatment and survived. Sadly, her both legs were cut off by doctors to save her life.

The club and Mid TN director Rhonda Ross established a GoFundMe page at gofundme.com/f/pray-for-Janae, which is also available from the club website (midtnvbc.com). A donation of more than $700,000 has been made.

According to police, the driver who was driving Audi is a 21 years old Daniel Riley. His car speed was 45 mph in a 20 mph zone when he struck Janae. Meanwhile, Daniel has already faced criminal charges as he was out of prison on bail for a robbery case. In addition, he was in the car without a license.  When police identified him that Riley violated the terms of the GPS monitoring bracelet. Police arrested him on the spot and were sent under custody for several counts of assault, including second-degree assault.

There is not any exact data regarding her earning, net worth, and income. Before the accident, she was playing volleyball for her high school and had a dream to represent her home country in the International volleyball tournament.
