Early Life
Jenna Haze was born as Jennifer Maria Corrales on February 22, 1982 in Fullerton, California as the youngest of four children. She is of German, Spanish, and Irish ancestry. Following her parents’ divorce, she was raised by her mother in various places in California, with most of her childhood spent in La Habra. Although she was initially a top student, Corrales turned rebellious in middle school and dropped out of high school when she was 15. She was subsequently homeschooled.
Career Beginnings
Early on, Corrales held some odd jobs, including as an oil change girl, toy store employee, waitress, and fast food manager. When she became of legal age, she worked as a stripper for a day. Through this work, Corrales was subsequently acquainted with the pornographic director and actor Craven Moorehead.
Adult Career
In July of 2001, Corrales joined the adult film industry as Jenna Haze. The following year, she signed with the company Jill Kelly Productions, for which she performed exclusively with women through the end of her contract in 2005. Subsequently, Haze became a free agent, and returned to performing with men. In 2006, she starred in the award-winning film “Jenna Haze Darkside,” directed and produced by her boyfriend Jules Jordan. Also in 2006, Haze started writing a sex advice column for the porn magazine Fox, and also began performing in striptease shows. Haze had a notable achievement in 2007 when her film “Jenna Haze Oil Orgy” became the first pornographic film to be released on three different high-definition formats.
Haze established her own adult film production company, Jennaration X Studios, in 2009. In addition to heading the company, she directs and performs in the films it releases. The debut film from Jennaration X was “Cum-Spoiled Sluts”; it was followed by “Anal Academics.” In early 2012, Haze announced her retirement from pornography performing via a YouTube video and press release.
