Kyle Jacobs, the husband of country music star Kellie Pickler and a songwriter, has passed away from what appears to be suicide. He was 49.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department issued a statement stating that Kyle Jacobs, aged 49, was discovered dead in the couple’s Nashville home on Friday, and authorities are investigating the incident as a possible suicide. Kellie Pickler, aged 36, apparently woke up before the incident and contacted 911 with her assistant when they couldn’t open the upstairs bedroom’s door. At 1:21 pm, the Department of Emergency Communications in Nashville received the 911 call.
On the day before his passing, Kyle Jacobs posted his last update on Instagram, where he shared his excitement over a career accomplishment and posted a picture announcing that Lee Brice’s Hey World had been certified platinum.
