LaVall Jordan is a well-known college basketball coach. LaVall Jordan is currently, the coach of Milwaukee, Lowa, and Butler.

Early life

On April 16, 1979, LaVall Jordan was born in Albion, Michigan. Likewise, he is 42 years old. He was born to his father Karen Jordan, and his mother Nate Mitchell. Moreover, he attended Butley University. More details about him are yet not revealed. Therefore, LaVall has preferred to keep his early life and childhood away from the media attention.

Career

From 1998 to 2001, LaVall Jordan played for Butler. To three Midwestern Collegiate Conference (now Horizon League) tournament titles, he helps the college. Ans also led 2 regular-season championships while also playing in 4 consecutive postseason tournaments. Therefore, there are three NCAA (1998, 2000, and 2001) and one NIT (1999). In 2001, he won its first NCAA Tournament game in 39 years with a 79–63 win over Wake Forest.

Moreover, he was a two-time All-Conference player. Likewise, the 2001 Midwestern Collegiate Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament MVP. After graduation, he played professional basketball in Europe for one year. In the NBA Development League, he was the first Butler player to participate. From 2003 to 07, he played for the Huntsville Flight. Jordan spent four years. He was as Todd Lickliter’s staff at Butler.

Additionally, it was before following him to Iowa for three additional seasons (2007–2010). Thus, his focus was on recruiting and developing back-court players. And, also along with defensive strategies, scouting, and on-court coaching, under coach John Beilein at Michigan. Likewise, he was given credit for greatly aiding in the development of Michigan’s guards, especially point guards.

Moreover, Trey Burke, Tim Hardaway Jr., and Darius Morris all played under Jordan, during the time. Moving on, he helped Michigan to five NCAA Tournament appearances, as a member of the coaching staff.  In 2013, it also included 2 trips to the Elite Eight and a to the National Championship Game. On April 7, 2016, he was hired by Milwaukee to replace Rob Jeter.

Therefore, the team finished with an 11–24 record, in his first year as a head coach. And, in the 2017 Horizon Leagubut, it made an improbable run. It was in the 2017 Horizon League Men’s Basketball Tournament. Moving on, it became the first 10th-seeded team to win a Horizon League Tournament game.

In addition, going on to reach the championship game against Northern Kentucky. Later, Butler hired Jordan to replace Chris Holtmann, on June 12, 2017. Additionally, Butler’s athletic director Barry Collier had recruited Jordan. It was as a player and coached him for three seasons. Thus, he led the unranked Bulldogs to a stunning 101–93, in his 1st season as head coach. Moreover, Lavall Jordan’s net worth is yet to be disclosed.
