LEBRON JAMES CELEBRATES SON SIGNING USC LETTER OF INTENT : INTERNEWSCAST

LeBron James continues to celebrate his oldest son, Bronny James. The Los Angeles Lakers player took to Instagram on Thursday (May 18) to commemorate his “mini-me” signing his letter of intent to attend the University of Southern California (USC) this fall.

“My boy signed his letter of intent yesterday for @uschoops,” LeBron told his social media fans. “So d*mn happy and proud of you @bronny,” the celebrity father exclaimed. “Pops shed a gangsta. Seeing this. So AMAZING,” James declared.

Bronny James committed to attending USC earlier this month. Both LeBron and Savannah James took to Instagram with congratulatory words.

“I am beyond proud and so excited for this next chapter in your journey,” Savannah exclaimed. “I know the thought and time that was put into making sure this decision was the right one for YOU,” the doting mom continued. “Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you and always know that I have your back, front and sides!”

LeBron James also commented on his son’s accomplishment both online and after a recent basketball game. “For me personally, it’s even more special to me because it’s the first time someone out of my family [is going] to college,” LeBron shared with the press after Game 3 of the NBA playoffs.

“Obviously, I didn’t go to college,” the star athlete continued. “It’s just a proud moment to see my son go to college, and he’s the first one to go college in my family,” LeBron revealed. “Super duper proud, super emotional, but just super duper excited and happy for his journey.”

Bronny James is the oldest of Savannah and LeBron James’ three children. The celebrity couple’s youngest son, Bryce, celebrates his sixteenth birthday this year. LeBron and Savannah’s daughter, Zuri, turns nine years old in October.

Fall semester at the University of Southern California begins August 21, 2023.
