Education and early life
Joe was raised alongside his older sister Angelina Bartolozzi in New Jersey, by their father whose name he’s yet to disclose, and mother Kimberly E Chapman; Joe’s parents’ professions remain undisclosed but it’s believed that they’re both employed at a local hospital. It’s also widely known that Joe’s quite close to his grandmother Maxine Chapman, and grandfather Philo W Chapman, as he’s featured them in a couple of his Instagram pictures and videos.
