After this, he went on to produce for a variety of artists, including Drake, Gucci Mane, and 21 Savage. He gained mainstream success after producing the song “Tuesday” by iLoveMakonnen and Drake, which reached number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
In 2015, Metro Boomin released his debut mixtape, “19 & Boomin,” which featured collaborations with a number of up-and-coming artists.
