So, what were Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. up to over the holidays? Well, we’ve got the scoop. The Buffy The Vampire Slayer star let us in on their family’s latest tropical getaway. And yes, there were some fresh snaps of their kiddos, Charlotte, 14, and Rocky, 11.
“Vacation dump #2,” she captioned the post on Jan. 3. She added, “Family and friends.” The carousel of photos had some gems in there. There was a cute selfie with her hubby of 21 years. And of course, family shots featuring Freddie, Charlotte, and Rocky.
Now, if you know anything about the Scooby-Doo co-stars, you know they’re pretty private about their family life. They’ve got a unique way of keeping things under wraps. For instance, when they post photos of Charlotte or Rocky on social media, they use emojis to cover their faces. This time around, Sarah opted for heart emojis.
And that’s not all. They’re pretty adamant about their kids not following in their child star footsteps. Even though Charlotte’s already shown some interest.
Sarah spilled the beans to The Hollywood Reporter in January 2023. “We have rules in place,” she said. “She can’t be in front of a camera until she graduates high school.” When Charlotte complained about the unfairness, pointing out that her mom was a child actor, Sarah had a ready response. “Yes, I was. But I was not the child of two famous parents.”
