Early Life and Childhood

Port’s TV career began in 2006 after being cast in the MTV series, “The Hills” as the sequel of ‘Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County’. During the production of its 1st season, Whitney and Conrad were interns with Teen Vogue, working under the West Coast Vogue editor, Lisa Love’s direction.
In 2007, she particularly fell down the stairs in Good Morning America’s live segment. Throughout the 3rd season, she got the promotion to Teen Vogue’s West Coast fashion donor, and in 2008, she left the post. That year, she and Conrad started interning with Kelly Cutrone’s firm, People’s Revolution. Whitney didn’t accept a chance to be Conrad and Patridge’s housemate, wanting to have some private space. The series’ 2nd season saw the growth of “Whitney Eve”, and declared its last episode in July 2010 before being formally cancelled that October. In late 2010, Whitney was cast and worked as the executive producer of the online series, “Hollywood Is Like High School with Money”.
