Following a police chase, the body of Eleni Kassa, a missing Tennessee lady, was discovered in the trunk of a car in Michigan. According to Detroit police, authorities tried to stop a car being driven by Dominique Hardwick, 36, of Lebanon, Tennessee, but it sped away. Soon after, Dominique Hardwick would be in a collision, but instead of being taken into custody, Hardwick would shoot himself to death. Eleni Kassa’s body was discovered in the car’s trunk when police searched the vehicle. On November 18th, 2022, Eleni Kassa was reported missing in Tennessee.

A missing woman from Tennessee whose body was discovered in the trunk of a smashed car along the boundary between Detroit and Dearborn has been identified.
Both the woman discovered in the trunk and the driver who was fatally shot on Sunday after a chase that ended in a collision and a shooting have been named by Michigan State Police.
Eleni Kassa, 31, who was reported missing to Murfreesboro police on November 18 has been recognized by Michigan State Police and the Murfreesboro Police Department as the lady discovered in the crash-car trunk.
Dominique Hardwick, 36, of Lebanon, Tennessee, has been identified as the car’s operator.
There is currently no information available regarding Kassa’s death’s circumstances.
Investigators continue to question witnesses, including a passenger who was detained and sent to the hospital following the collision.

Family members first reported Kassa missing to Murfreesboro police after she forgot to pick up her kid from school, according to authorities.
Following a missing person’s investigation by the Murfreesboro Police Department, it was discovered that Kassa and her girlfriend Hardwick may have had a domestic dispute.
After a disagreement, Kassa left her car and cellphone at her apartment.
The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) of the Murfreesboro Police Department spent a week looking for Kassa. This search included two K-9 searches and interviews with family members and witnesses.
The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database received the black Dodge Charger’s license plate and vehicle details.
The vehicle was discovered and a traffic stop attempt was made by the Dearborn police almost ten days after the missing person’s complaint.
Kassa and Hardwick were both discovered dead inside the car following a police chase, a collision with a Detroit house, and shooting.
