However, Ken resigned from his position as The Sports Inc.’s co-founder and CEO in 1997, and the company went bankrupt the following year due to an oversupply of baseball cards at the time. Instead, he founded Goldin Sports Inc. and became its CEO in January 1998, continuing his career in the collectibles sector.
