Rebecca Loos is now happily married to her husband Sven Christjar Skaiaa, who she claimed is ‘nothing like’ David Beckham.
The Dutch glamour model and reality TV star hit the headlines in 2004 after she allegedly had an affair with the football megastar while working as his family’s PA.
It didn’t draw much of a response from Beckham at the time. So not for a second did she think he would address the subject – albeit obliquely – after so long.
Yet attracting record-breaking viewing figures, Beckham’s self-titled Netflix series ‘tells the inside story of a global football star and cultural icon’ with no subject ‘off the table’ – even the affair.
But Rebecca has since broken her silence and is attempting to put the scandal behind her.
She admitted she is now ‘happily married’ – but who is her husband and how many children do they share?

Rebecca’s husband Sven is a Norwegian doctor.
Per his LinkedIn, he is a dedicated physician with the Royal Norwegian Air Force, serving as a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) and Search and Rescue (SAR) specialist since 2016.
He now lives in Norway, and his wife frequently shares pictures of them on social media, enjoying nature and outdoor activities.
Rebecca previously said: ‘[Sven and I] are as madly in love as we were the day we met and I am so proud of him. We are an excellent team. I’m totally supportive of everything he does.’
When did Rebecca and Sven meet and how long have they been married?
Rebecca met Sven while he was working behind the scenes as a medic on 71 Degrees North in 2008.
The pair married in a small ceremony in 2012 before moving to Hemsedal in the mountains to start a new life.
Rebecca claimed that people thought she was ‘mad’ for diving head first into a relationship with a man she ‘hardly knew’.
‘But look at everything I have now, I am so happy. I have no regrets, I am so happy with my life now. But many people are so afraid of change,’ she said.
‘Change is good, change is how you learn, people should just f**king go for it.’
The former PA said she knew Sven was ‘The One’, but was in no rush to get married.
She also compared him to former England captain David, saying: ‘He’d never have an affair in a million years. He’s different to David [Beckham]. I would never cheat or lie to Sven because I love him so much.’
Breaking her silence after the Beckham documentary was released, she said: ‘The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids. There is nothing any third party can do to change these facts.’

The couple’s tiny hamlet in the Norwegian Mountains, where they live with their children, is so remote that it is a three-hour drive from the nearest airport and a two-hour drive to the nearest hospital.
Between hikes and an extended bike ride, Rebecca told MailOnline how she has embraced domestic bliss: ‘I love my home, keeping it clean, cooking for my boys, packing the lunchboxes – that is my territory.
‘If my husband dares to interfere I’m like, ‘hands off!’ The lawn, snow-ploughing and barn is all his.’
‘I was never going to be one of those women who put their career on hold, who put their hand out to their husband, to ask permission. I used to think that was the worst.
‘All that has changed. I feel like I’ve grown up. Now we are a team.’

Despite the regrets, Rebecca said she doesn’t hide anything from her family and makes sure to talk about her life before motherhood with her sons.
‘I’m very open about everything. They know Mummy’s been a naked model and been on the cover of Playboy…. They know their mummy has a naughty side!’ she said.
Rebecca, admitting there was a time when she would ‘leave the house at 9pm and come home at 6am’, said she now goes to bed by 9pm and typically starts her day at 6am.
She added: ‘We’re forever evolving and that was a nice phase in my late twenties.’
