Who Is Rheya Spigner From KCCI TV? Find Out If She Is Leaving The News Station Or Not

Spigner is a skilled news reporter and anchor at the CBS network-affiliated KCCI television station. She started working for the news outlet in 2016 and stayed there until 2022.

Prior to joining KCCI-TV, Spigner worked as a morning reporter from 2015 to 2016 and a news reporter for WRDW-TV from 2014 to 2016. She also worked as a news reporter for WFXL Fox 31 TV between 2013 and 2014. As required by her assigned roles and responsibilities there, she edited, produced broadcast packages, and uploaded web pitch stories.

Moreover, she was an E! News Bureau intern at NBCUniversal, Inc, from May 2010 to August 2010. There, she attended red carpet events with celebrity reporters and interviewed them. She also constructed questions for one-on-one interviews and gathered stories through research.

Rheya Spigner is an alumnus of Arizona State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism in 2013. She was placed second at the 2012 Biotech University reporting Contest run by Cronkite School of Journalism, Arizona State University. In addition to being acknowledged on the Biotech University website, she was awarded a $1000 scholarship for her achievement.

Spigner furthered her higher-level studies at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with a master’s degree in legal studies in 2020.
