Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha is fit to face Tottenham

Wilfried Zaha will return for Crystal Palace at Tottenham on Sunday after a month on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.

The Eagles have been hit hard injuries this season and currently have eight players on the sidelines.

Palace earned a point against Manchester United at Selhurst Park on Wednesday night but Zaha’s comeback this weekend will be a welcome boost to manager Roy Hodgson.

‘He has come back quicker than perhaps the medical staff thought was possible,’ manager Hodgson said on Friday.

‘He trained well this week so no reason why I can’t consider him for a place in the team.’

The winger is the Eagles’ top scorer this season with nine goals and he also has two assists.

Palace have only won once since Zaha’s injury, a 2-1 victory over Brighton. They’ve also failed to score in their other four games.
