The successful director, who is worth a whopping £13million, always manages to let his songstress wife take the spotlight – despite his own exceptional career.
And Rita, 33, was once again showered with love and affection by her beloved husband, 48, on Wednesday during a romantic boat trip.
The duo packed on the PDA while getting whisked away by the salt and sea on the back of a speed boat.

In what is one of the biggest weeks of the year, Taika ensured he didn’t steal the spotlight from the British star.
As they graced the Met carpet earlier this week, Taika made headlines for becoming Rita’s biggest supporting act.
He was seen standing closely behind Rita, fixing her barely-there outfit whilst she posed for the cameras.
Taika was previously married to film producer wife Chelsea Winstanley for six years before they separately quietly in 2018.
Taika and Chelsea share two daughters: 12-year-old Te Hinekāhu and eight-year-old Matewa Kiritapu.
Rita also shared incredibly glamorous snaps in a quirky yellow ensemble after an appearance on The Masked Singer.
She posed up a storm in a glitzy bejewelled blouse with yellow feathered sleeves, teamed with dramatic jewellery.
Rita was clearly in need of some recovery time after the Met Gala as she shared a video of her relaxing in the pool in New York City just hours later.

As well as that, the bikini-clad beauty proved there are no days off for her as she hit the Dog Pound gym for a workout session.

On Tuesday, Rita took to her Instagram to share a slew of snaps from her evening at the Met Gala.
After all the glamorous photos showing her posing with famous pals like Shakira, Penelope Cruz, Matt Damon and Cara Delevingn, Rita shared a candid clip of her the day after.
While looking decidedly worse for wear, Rita tips her head to submerge herself underneath a cascading fountain.
Her sister Elena can be heard laughing while teasing the star, saying: ‘Are you alright? How’s it going for you?’
Captioning the photo dump, Rita said she was ‘still buzzing’ from attending her tenth Met Gala and referencing the funny video, added: ‘Swipe to the end for things you don’t see’.

The couple were spotted heading up to their room at The Mark Hotel in the early hours, with the director wrapping an arm around his wife as she attempted to preserve her modesty by covering her chest.

She ditched her bra in a completely see-through feathered gown that left her ample cleavage on full display.
The skirt consisted of little more than strings of white plastic beads, with a few oversized flowers to cover her bottom half.

While at the main event, Rita pulled out all the stops with yet another jaw-dropping outfit, that also left little to the imagination.

Flaunting her incredibly toned physique, Rita forewent underwear and a bra, while Taika showed himself the gentleman as he helped arrange her dress’ train

Rita explained that she had wanted to celebrate women’s existence with her look and that beauty can ‘stand the test of time’.
She also revealed the beading on the dress dates back to 1st and 2nd century BC and is sourced from all over the world, saying: ‘I think some of these beads are older than people on the planet.’
She told Entertainment Tonight: ‘Hi guys, I’m wearing a necklace this year at the Met. This is about the beauty of the body and women’s existence and presence. [It’s about] not doing as much but also doing a lot, you see what I mean? And these beads are from actually second century BC.’
Taika was then asked what he made of his wife’s look and hailed the ensemble as ‘incredible’ before adding: ‘I looked at all the details of every bead, thousands of years.’
But Rita admitted while she had planned the outfit out extensively, she had failed to think about the practicalities of going to the bathroom and had no spare clothes to change into.
She confessed: ‘No, I don’t [have anything else], I also didn’t think about the bathroom so I might just have to poke a hole in the stocking!’
The couple put on a very loved-up display as Taika was spotted cheekily pinching Rita’s behind while posing for snaps and they shared a quick smooch before going up the iconic staircase.
