Emily Atack jokingly begged for help as she showcased her huge baby bump while counting down the days until she welcomed her first child.
The TV presenter, 37, who is expecting a boy with scientist boyfriend Alistair Garner, also 37, revealed she was six months pregnant in March.
Taking to Instagram make-up free Emily posted a snap as she lifted her top to showcase her blossoming belly for the camera.
She sat outdoors with her blonde hair scraped into a bun while gazing into the camera with a cheeky grin.
Emily captioned the snap: ‘Help…. Me….’ as famous friends rushed to the comments section to send their support.

Lisa Snowdon quipped: ‘Oh babes! You’re definitely cooked!’ and Love Island’s Georgia Harrison typed: ‘I Love you’.
Emily and Alistair were first linked in September last year and announced they were expecting a baby in January.
Emily proudly announced the happy news on Instagram at the beginning of January, with a snap of her blossoming bump, saying she was ‘over the moon’.
She didn’t confirm Alistair’s identity in the post, however her publicist later confirmed the relationship and they have reportedly set up home together as they prepare for the baby’s arrival.
Emily has known Alistair all of her life as he is the stepson of her aunt.
Emily previously told how important her cousins have been in her life, calling them ‘the best friends I ever had’.

Her family, including mother Kate Robbins, are believed to be thrilled the comedy star is becoming a mum for the first time and endorse her romance with Alistair.
In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy has changed her priorities ahead of welcoming her first child.
Emily said her ‘body was now a temple’ after friends worried in the past she had not been looking after herself, during an appearance on Loose Women.
She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby – which she has confirmed is a boy – and said that she felt ‘extremely connected’ to her body now, more than ever.
‘I used to get told off by my friends for not looking after myself enough and staying up too late and all of that and now I’m like, “No, my body is a vessel.”‘
She added: ‘It’s so important that I get an early night and I’m really looking after myself’.
‘[Women are] self-conscious walking to the shops sometimes, you know? I’ve just let all those things go, I’m eating the things I want to eat, I’m not worrying about my weight. I spend my life worrying about my weight, I do.’
