Sydney football general manager Leon Cameron says Tom McCartin is OK and still on the bench but they will find out more about the extent of his concussion symptoms in the days to come.

“He’s is OK at the moment, he’s failed the HIA, that’s why we couldn’t bring him back on,” Cameron told Fox Footy.

“He’s sitting on the bench, he’s OK but clearly we will find out a little bit more as the days go on.

“He’s going well enough and we just keeping him there in the corner at the moment. It’s disappointing but these things happen in footy.”
