UFC legend Conor McGregor just uncovered the massive disagreement and lack of communication he has with president Dana White. Initially, the UFC chairman denied there were any issues and simply said thatMcGregor doesn’t need the money he offers to fight. But judging on what Conor just said, that is not an issue for him as a competitor. What Conor wants is to get back inside that octagon and have enough time notice to do a proper training camp. Out of all the trilogies he could be a part of, Conor McGregor recently spoke about the one that left him with a bitter after taste and would love to change that. This trilogy is actually not a trilogy, but Conor McGregor likes to think it is for one simply reason.

McGregor wants a real trilogy to happena gainst Dustin Poirier
Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier have already fought three times but Conor McGregor doesn’t count the most recent fight they had. Why is that? Because the bout had to be stopped after Conor suffered a fractured leg mid-fight. For that alone, it wouldn’t surprise us if not even Dustin himself considers this fight counts. After his recent win, Poirier got this reaction from Conor on talkSPORT, saying: “It was good to see Poirier get the win. That makes this the quadrilogy – the real trilogy – to put a finish to it. That is a huge bout right now. I anticipated the result would go that way and I was happy to see it. That’s a big one for sure. Chandler, of course. I would assume that would be the first one. The opponent doesn’t matter. I just wish for a nice run-up, a bit of transparency and let me go for it again.”

But Conor also mentions he wants to fight Michael Chandler before making a decision to fight anybody else. Also, another trilogy that could happen for McGregor is one against Nate Diaz. Any of these fights would be incredible to watch but Conor needs to sort out his situation that is not doing him any favors. Dana White needs to also come out and set the record straight into what is actually going on. If this is a contract negotiation issue, he needs to confirm it. The fans want to see Conor back in the octagon ASAP.
