UFC star Conor McGregor attended the Anthony Joshua vs. Robert Helenius fight on Saturday at 02 Arena with a handful of models to promote his Forged Irish Stout, an official sponsor of the event, and somehow still managed to get in trouble.
McGregor, 35, sat ringside with female boxer Ebanie Bridges, one of the models promoting his beer, and a few more members of his entourage.

Phil Sutcliffe, McGregor’s longtime boxing coach, was reportedly stopped by security as he attempted to sit ringside, which caused a brief stir.
Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn explained what he knew of the situation, but stated more would be learned at the de-brief Sunday.
“I’m not aware, I know earlier on the night I saw something but nothing major,” Hearn said. “I think obviously when you travel in big numbers… our security is doing a job to make sure certain people get ringside but I don’t believe it was anything of any note. I haven’t heard anything from the team but obviously we’ll have a de-brief on Sunday.”

McGregor and his entourage all made it to their seats when security realized their mistake and the Irishman was happy with the fight’s result.
He had already predicted AJ would defeat Helenius and later praised the latter for accepting the fight on short notice.
“Greatness don’t rush,” McGregor said. “Joshua took his time, he landed a big heavy shot, I’m just happy Helenius got up. The fans should be grateful for the Finnish coming in, last minute replacement, no fear he gave a great performance, did himself proud and his team and I’m happy to see him get up. Big congrats to AJ, big congrats to Eddie, big congrats Forged Irish Stout.”
McGregor also gave an interview prior to the contest in which he revealed his plans to coach Dillon Danis for the fight against Logan Paul.
