When Conor McGregor sat next to Cristiano Ronaldo at the Day of Reckoning fight night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, something very rare happened.

Ronaldo’s successful and luxurious life is usually something most people cannot relate to, but the look on Cristiano’s face when McGregor launched into his antics was something everyone has experienced.

Ronaldo ignores McGregor and refuses handshake

In fact, CR7 was so over it that he appeared to reject McGregor’s attemped handshake. It was a continuation of Ronaldo’s closed body language during the interaction that made his feelings very obvious. McGregor saved the awkward moment by comparing watches with the Portuguese star.

Combining the awkward handshake with the blank stare on Cristiano’s face for most of the interaction, it was very clear that Ronalso did not want to be there in that moment. He just wanted the anticipated showdowns of Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin and Deontay Wilder vs Joseph Parker to begin.

McGregor called out Manny Pacquiao

Among the things that Ronaldo was pretending not to hear was McGregor calling for Manny Pacquiao to “man up” and fight him.

“”I love Manny, tell Manny to grow a set of balls. Tell Manny to grow a set of balls and fight me at a higher weight,” he could be heard saying on the video posted by TNT Sports.

“Why not? It’s his sport. If he wants me to come down to a smaller weight he should let me use more of my weapons,” McGregor said, stoking the fire.
