Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin became emotional during Sunday Night Football as an ambulance took his teammate Damien Harris off the field after the running back suffered a neck injury late in the first half of the Week 6 clash against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
Harris, 26, can reportedly move his arms and legs, but will undergo further tests at the hospital. He gave the stadium a thumbs up as paramedics stretchered him onto the ambulance.

Hamlin, 25, looked emotional on the sideline as the ambulance, with his name and number on the back, left the field. He was inactive for the game.
The safety suffered a cardiac arrest last season in January against the Cincinnati Bengals. That game was stopped and canceled. This time, the show continued.
How did Damien Harris get injured?
Harris carried the ball up the middle and received a hard hit from Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke, who had no ill intent.
The Bills RB fell to the turf without moving his limbs and protocol was immediately activated, with players from both side taking a knee.
Harris joined Buffalo this offseason, so he wasn’t on the field for Hamlin’s incident, but it shook the entire league.
