Deion Sanders has sent a clear message to his Colorado Buffaloes players to improve their unity and brotherhood after becoming displeased with the amount of personal flair in the locker room, as he even brings in the United States Marine Corps to held discipline his side, including his son, Shedeur.

Coach Prime bids to fill his team with leaders as they seek to improve on their 4-8 NCAA record that had began promisingly with three wins to open the season before they went on a barren 1-8 record which turned sour.

“I need y’all to get together and unite,” Sanders said via Well Off Media. “I’m tired of y’all at the breakfast table and lunch table or dinner table with your phones.

“We got five cats that are on the phone. Nobody is talking. Don’t even know each other. Your group should know each other. Get off the darn phones and learn your teammates.”

Sanders threatens to cut players

Sanders improved the talent in the time by introducing 30 new players but with many of them being new, they’re not gelled together and thus they could take time to click on the field which isn’t ideal for the offense side of things.

But he ensured that any players thinking they have their spot locked down for the season will have to think again by declaring that they can be replaced despite National Signing Day looming large on the horizon on Wednesday, February 7.

“We got to get better,” Sanders added to his team. “Quit slacking. Quit just being in here getting by.

“If you want to tap out, go ahead and tap out… So, we can replace you right now.”

The Spring Game takes place on April 27 and the Buffaloes will be playing in their home city of Boulder, hence the urgency with unity and conditioning.
