A few days ago, Cristiano Ronaldo’sAl-Nassr team was forced to postpone its tour of China after the former Real Madrid star suffered an injury.
But this did not stop Cristiano fans from having a fun time taking photos and receiving autographs from a fake Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Saudi Pro League team was expected to face Shanghai Shenhua and to Zhejiang FC in the southern city of Shenzhen on January 24 and 28 respectively.
According to local media in China, the organizers are already in talks to set a new date for the matches since tickets for the match were sold out within minutes of going on sale.
For his part, Ronaldo apologized: “For me, today is a sad day. I want to apologize to all the Chinese fans, especially those from Shenzen.”
The Portuguese superstar described China “as a second home” to him, and praised the Chinese public for their warm welcome, insisting that his team would play again at a later date.
