Is Donald Trump going to jail?

As expected, former President Donald Trump has decided to plead not guilty for all charges and blatantly denies the affair with Stormy Daniels. However, the evidence and testimony of witnesses does show the opposite is true. Trump definitely had an affair with the pornstar but there is also the 34 counts of falsifying business records in order to cover this scandal up. All of these counts are connected with the alleged cover up of hush money payments to Daniels. As a result of this, the verdict needs to be unanimous. Otherwise, Donald Trump will walk out a free man.

But the million dollar question is, can the former president actually go to jail and still run for office in November? Currently, there is no legislation that prevents Trump or any other citizen who runs for president to do so from prison. Meaning, we might have a historic presidential election from one of the strongest contenders for the job running for office from prison. The result is that President Donald Trump has been delcared guilty of all 34 counts, a unanimous decision from the New York Jury. A resounding victory for the prosecution against former president Donald J. Trump. What plays in former President Donald Trump’s favor is that he has never cimmitted any crimes before.
