LaVar Ball is not giving up on trying to make Big Baller Brand (BBB) a household name in the fashion industry, especially the sneaker game, this time unveiling a new pair of shoes that had the NBA community mocking him.
Ball, 55, can be seen modeling the BBB shoes in a video posted by the company’s Instagram page. He also promotes a black and gold shirt that reads: “GREATNESS TAKES BALLS.”

“Yeah you saw them! That’s right, these triple B’s. You know our vibe is getting tight,” Ball said in the clip. “You’ve gotta get this shirt, ‘Greatness takes balls.’ Look how clean it is. Now if you’re into fashion, get this in black and gold. I’ma tell you what, these right here, coming soon!”
The shoes have a design similar to the Adidas Yeezy Foam Runner kicks, leading to some people in the comments section defending Ball, saying those who mock him are the ones who buy Kanye West’s kicks.
LiAngelo Ball, the only Ball brother not in the NBA, is the only one who still pledges allegiance to the brand. LaMelo Ball signed to Puma and Lonzo Ball looks to start his own venture after his signature BBB shoes were a complete failure.
