Missing former NFL star Sergio Brown has reappeared on social media after his mother was murdered in suspicious circumstances last weekend.
In the clip, which was published via an Instagram story on Wednesday, the former NFL player can be seen singing the lyrics of a song by famous rapper Drake
“Oh my God, oh my God, if I die, I’m a legend,” he recited before shouting “Drizzy Drake!”.
Clues regarding his location?
The video appears to have been filmed in Maywood, Illinois, a neighborhood located roughly 12 miles west of where Brown’s mother was brutally murdered on Saturday in Chicago.
After an investigation, police revealed that the 73-year-old woman had been subject to assault and died as a result of the serious injuries she sustained.
Second concerning video in a week
This is the second bizarre video published by Brown since the death of his mother. On Monday the former pro claimed that news of his mother’s passing was ‘fake’, tagging ESPN in the Instagram story.
The stories have not been published on Sergio’s official account but instead on a new account which authorities suspect the former player could be behind.
