Big game for Sterling

Raheem Sterling replaces Mykhailo Mudryk in the Chelsea starting line up today.

It is an excellent chance for the winger to prove he is still a world-class performer after being left out of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the fourth time in a row.

Man United’s permacrisis is in full flow this season.

They’e lost four of their opening seven games in the league and sit rock bottom of their Champions League group after losing to Galatasaray in the week.

Protests are expected at Old Trafford this afternoon, and they’re up against a side that beat them 4-0 at the start of last season.

A win today wouldn’t fix all United’s problems, but another loss would be crushing.

Thomas Frank’s side have been solid but they’ve missed Ivan Toney in front of goal. The Bees are 14th and have won just one game so far.

Desperate times for the Blades

Sheffeld United have looked off the pace in their first season back in the Premier League and will be desperate to bounce back from their 8-0 loss to Newcastle two weeks ago.

There have been good performances but a return of one point from seven games doesn’t look great. A loss today could leave them six points from safety already.

Fulham have been quietly solid after losing star striker Aleksandr Mitrovic earlier this season and will be eyeing an excellent chance for home points today.

An early relegation six pointer?

Everton and Bournemouth are seperated by just a point after seven games, with the Toffees just ahead despite losing to Luton in their last outing.

Sean Dyche called for players to raise their standards before the game and this clash will be a real test of whether they can respond.

Andoni Iraola’s revolution on the South coast is yet to really get under way, and he will be eyeing a first Premier League win this afternoon.

Big game at Turf Moor

Chelsea have won just two of their opening seven league games and are in desperate need of some good news as they travel to Turf Moor,

The newly promoted side currently find themsleves in the relegation zone on goal difference but did pick up their first win of the season against Luton in their last game.
