There has been another contract renewal at Real Madrid, where Rodrygo Goes has signed an extension until June 30, 2028.
The Brazilian forward has extended his contract, which was due to expire in 2025, for a further three seasons.
This news comes just days after the extension of Vinicius, who has committed until 2027.

The story of Rodrygo at Real Madrid
Rodryigo signed for Real Madrid in 2018, when Los Blancos paid 45 million euros to Santos in what was the second major coup in Brazil’s emerging talent market after the bid for Vinicius.
Today, both are first-team regulars and key players in their project for the future, as reflected in their respective renewals.
Despite signing back then, Rodrygo did not join the club until 2019, once he had reached the age of 18.
Following a short period of adaptation with Castilla, he made his debut with the first team against Osasuna in Matchday 6 of the 2019/20 season and scored just seconds after coming on, before finishing that season with 26 appearances and seven goals.
However, his big explosion as a star came in the 2021/22 season, in which, despite not being a regular starter, he played a key role in winning the 14th European Cup, especially with his brace against Manchester City in the second leg of the semi-final.
He finished that season with 49 appearances and nine goals, a figure he surpassed by far in the 2022/23 season, when he was already firmly established as a starter up front alongside Karim Benzema and Vinicius, and in which he made 57 appearances and scored 19 goals.
This season he has scored just two goals, against Athletic Club and Braga, but Real Madrid have remained firm in their intention to renew the Brazil international’s contract.
