Strictly Come Dancing star Vito Coppola has issued a loving message to his former dance partner Ellie Leach.
The Spanish hunk and Strictly pro dancer, who won the most recent series of the BBC’s dance contest with Coronation Street star Ellie, took to his Instagram tonight after Ellie addressed their relationship.
The pair won everyone over as they danced to victory in the most recent series of the hit BBC dance contest, sweeping to collect the coveted Glitterball trophy. Fans always adored the pair and their strong bond but there were always comments on Instagram talking about the ‘lovely couple’.

And earlier today, the Faye Windass star Ellie posted on Instagram to clear the air about her and Vito Coppola’s relationship.
Ellie said she ‘loves’ Vito ‘dearly’ but clearly wanted to stress that the pair remain just friends.

Faye posted: “Love this man dearly.
“Men and women can be friends and can love each other AS FRIENDS… just saying x
“Vito Coppola you have the cutest face.”
And Vito then saw Ellie’s message and replied with his own, telling her: “Baby love you too soooo much.”
It’s clear then that their friendship is destined to go from strength to strength as the pair continue to post about how much they adore having one another in their lives.
Ellie and Vito recently went their separate ways after finishing their Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour together, having danced for the final time.
But the pair developed a huge and loyal fanbase during their time on the show and their fans are hoping to see more of the pair together in future.

After the pair finished their time together, Vito had posted to Ellie, telling her: “It has been just perfect right?
“Love you baby and always remember our promise: “always there for each other”. No more words needed! Good night baby. Goodnight beautiful people. You have been with us in every single moment since the beginning of our journey.”
