Dwight James Matthew McNeil professionally known as Dwight McNeil is an English professional football player. He currently plays for Premier League club Everton. His playing position is a winger. 

Dwight McNeil first started playing football at the JJB Sports center in Trafford. At age five, he joined the academy of Manchester United, the club he supported as a child, and stayed in the academy until age 14 when he started struggling for game time and was subsequently released. In 2014, he joined the youth team of Burnley and began his career at the club. In July 2016, he was rewarded with a two-year scholarship and was a regular member of the U18 squad and occasionally played for the Development Squad. On 13 May 2018, he made his first team debut in the final match of the 2017-18 season.
