Week 1 of the NFL season felt like a breath of fresh air for some and like a punch to the gut for others. After almost seven months of no official NFL games, the 2023 season went full steam ahead with a jampacked Sunday in which 14 games were played. Including humiliating beatings by the Dallas Cowboysagainst the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football and by the San Francisco 49ers against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
