Former NFL player Adam “Pacman” Jones was arrested early Monday morning at an airport near Cincinnati after making terroristic threats and alcohol intoxication.
Officials say police were called to assist with an “unruly passenger”, with TMZ confirming he was taken into custody at around 6 a.m. and booked an hour later.
Jones posted a video of himself walking through the Northern Kentucky International Airport while racing about the Bengals 24-3 loss to Cleveland Browns prior to be being arrested.
He is now facing misdemeanour charges of alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.
Jones hits back
After being released from Jail, Jones defended himself and called the terroristic charge “bullsh*t”.
“Do I look intoxicated to you?” Pacman said while speaking with a reporter. “I only been locked up for two hours.
“Y’all talking about 6:30 in the morning. Who in the hell is drunk at 6:30 in the morning, man?
“This s*** getting old, bro. It’s getting old. And we gotta stop doing this.”
He added that the entire incident began after he asked to move seats because the electric outlet at his assigned spot wasn’t working.
Jones is no stranger to being involved at incidents at the airport. Back in 2018 he was involved in a brawl in Atlanta, though officials later stated he wasn’t the aggressor.
