The highly anticipated boxing match between Nate Diaz and Jake Paul is just a week away, set to take place on August 5 in Dallas, Texas.
However, ticket sales and PPV purchases for the event at the American Airlines Center have been sluggish, leading to worries about potential piracy viewership.

Despite this, Diaz remains unconcerned and is solely focused on humiliating Paul for accusing him of not doing enough to promote the fight.
“That’s his problem,” said Diaz to ESPN when asked about the low sales.
“Honestly, I believe my fight promotes itself.
“I’m not going to get into a little kid’s argument like him and pretend we’re something we’re not.
“I don’t need to act and talk a bunch of s**t like he wants to do.
“He said something about me in the press conference, and I said I wasn’t there to talk. I didn’t even want to go to any press conference to talk to anybody. So let’s stay away from each other until the fight.
“I’m ready for everything. I’m ready to go to war right now, and I’m ready to chill until it’s time to fight. I don’t care.
“I’m at a point in my career where I’m not trying to scare anyone, not trying to fool anyone.
“If people want to watch, that’s great. If they don’t, that’s fine too.
“I’m not in this fight with tricks against him. I just need him to know that I’m going to beat him up.”
Nate Diaz is blocked out the noise
As the fight approaches, boxing experts have expressed scepticism about Diaz‘s chances against Paul.
However, Diaz is unfazed by these opinions and is determined to prove his worth in the ring.
“I know boxing guys and boxing gyms, they’re a little ignorant, many boxers,” he noted.
“Every time I beat someone up, I’m ‘tough’, I’m ‘in good shape’.
“But am I in better shape than every boxer I’ve ever fought? It comes with the territory, alright? It’s all good.”
