Mike Tyson is leaving no stone unturned in his preparation for his upcoming bout with Jake Paul, incorporating sprint training into his regimen as he gears up for the showdown on July 20. The boxing legend recently took to social media to share a video of himself sprinting a 30-yard dash, showcasing his dedication to fitness ahead of the highly anticipated clash with the Problem Child.

Despite being in the middle-aged bracket, Tyson‘s agility and speed in the video were noteworthy, prompting a mixed response from fans.

While some supporters expressed concerns about Tyson‘s age, with comments suggesting he appeared older or less impressive, others hailed his remarkable physical condition, praising his athleticism and vitality at nearly 60 years old.

“He looks old,” a user wrote on X.

“He is in top shape tbh!” another added.

The age difference

As Tyson and Paul prepare to face each other in the summer, the matchup presents an intriguing contrast of age versus experience. Despite Paul being 30 years Tyson‘s junior at 27, the YouTuber lacks the extensive professional fighting experience that Tyson brings to the ring.

Paul, with ten professional bouts under his belt since 2020, stands in stark contrast to Tyson’s extensive record of 58 professional boxing matches. However, Tyson‘s last professional bout, nearly two decades ago at the age of 38, ended in retirement, leaving doubts about his current form and capabilities.
