The police report filed against the former NBA player Dwight Howard has been leaked, as the former basketball star is facing a civil lawsuit levied against him by Stephen Harper, who is accusing him of sexual assault and battery.
The claims concern an incident on July 19, 2021, during which the pair had sexual relations, but Howard maintains his actions were consensual.

In the report, filed almost a year later to the day and shared by Radar Online, Harper lists himself as the ex-boyfriend of the NBA champion and a third man named as ‘Kitty Sankofa’ is also said to have been a suspect, in information obtained by RadarOnline.com.
After flirting with each other on Instagram in May 2021, Harper was invited to Howard‘s residency in Georgia where they engaged in sexual relations.
Howard is then said to have left the room and returned with a man dressed as a woman, titled ‘Kitty’.
The claimant then became uncomfortable and alleges that the former NBA player performed oral sex on him without consent, but stopped once he noticed Harper wasn’t into it. The incident reportedly reduced Harper to tears.
The police invited Harper to the station to be interviewed, but he did not respond and the case was subsequently closed.
Harper then began further action against Howard in early 2023.
Dwight Howard maintains he is innocent
Howard said that the pair engaged in “consensual sexual activity” and that Harper was aware of the presence of Kitty during the intimate relations, as he asked for the suit to be thrown out.
“What was a private consensual encounter was made public for profit and Mr. Howard looks forward to bringing the truth to light in a court of law,” Howard‘s lawyer, Justin Bailey, said in a statement.
“Despite being an easy target due to the subject matter and his status as a celebrity, Mr. Howard chose to trust in the justice system and will rely on all future court filings to speak for themselves.”
